This apartment (70 m²) is located on the upper floor and is perfect for families since it offers 2 bedrooms with boxspring-beds, a living room with a sleeping couch, a fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC and a balcony. The fully equiped kitchen is integrated in the big living room. This apartment type is a duplex apartment with two floors that are connected through stairs in the living room. On the upper floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, the dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom and the balcony. The second bedroom and bathroom are located on the top floor. This apartment has no direct access to the garden since it´s located on the upper floor but the garden can be used by all our guests.

This holiday flat is available in three different designs: maritime, nature or modern-classic. All apartments are newly renovated and furnished with great attention to detail.
