  • If the procedure of your data happens/happened unlawful you can demand the limitation instead of cancelation.

  • we do not require your personal data anymore but instead you need them for the exertion, defence or enforcement of legal claims, instead of cancelation you can demand the limited procedure.

  • When you disagreed according to Article 21 (1) GDPR a balance between your and our interests has to be maken. As long as it is not clear whose interests predominant you have the right of claiming a limited procedure of your data.

 

If you have limited the procedure of personal data then there are only allowd to be worked through with your permission-aside of the general saving of data. The enforcement, exertion, defence of legal claims, the protection on another natural person on other public important interests of the European Union or member state are part of this regulation.

The provided personal data in the contact form will remain with us until you demand it deletion, your withdrawal or if the regulation of data collection  drops ( when your request is finally processed). Inforced legal determinations, especially retention periods, remained untouched.

Inquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the website YouTube. Site operator is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. This mode, according to YouTube, means that YouTube does not store information about visitors to this site before they watch the video. However, sharing data with YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the enhanced privacy mode. So, regardless of whether you watch a video, YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network.

Google Maps (with consent)

This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure privacy on our site, Google Maps is disabled when you first visit our site. A direct connection to Google's servers will only be established if you activate Google Maps yourself (consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). This will prevent your data from being transferred to Google when you first enter the page.

After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after activating Google Maps.
